Precautions regarding perspective production fees
Architectural perspective and CG perspective production prices are basically determined by the production time. The estimated amount will increase if the amount to be built is large (special shape, area, number of floors …).
Documents, etc. that you would like us to submit before making an estimate
■ Drawing data (JW / DXF / DWG) (printed drawings) such as floor plans, elevations, exterior structures, layouts, developments, roof plans, etc. Please indicate the angle instructions with arrows on the drawings.
■ If you have a finished image such as specifications, sketches, perspective uses, image photographs, etc., please submit it.
We think it is difficult to submit all the materials, but we will quote from the submitted materials. If you have any other requests, please let us know.
Example of shortened delivery time and low price
Align with drawing data (JW / DXF / DWG) such as floor plans, elevations, exterior structures, layouts, developments, roof plans, specifications or instructions (materials, materials, product part numbers, image materials) Passing …), if there is an explanation such as concept, angle instruction, point, etc.
Additional charges
■ When the roof / building has a complicated shape

■ Please note that if the delivery date is half a day to one day, the price will increase by 20% from the regular price, and angle confirmation may be omitted.
* Additional charges may be incurred for the exterior / interior perspective if the customer’s initial angle instruction changes significantly, or if the information is not clear and there are frequent changes or corrections to the plan.
Cancellation
■ Please note that new customers cannot cancel after bank transfer.
■ Cancellation is not possible even if the delivery date is 1 to 3 days.
■ If the delivery date is 4 days or later and you contact us within 2 days after ordering, you can cancel.
